It was the day before Cara's 18th birthday when she had her issues with Luna Eretria and Priya. She glanced at the tattoo on her shoulder while she knelt down on the rocky stones in front of Priya," residence.
She had nostalgic recollections of how some few years back, even though she is the daughter of an Alpha, she still got to train with the bodyguards werewolves of her father. She recalled in her past how her mother drew the symbol on her shoulder when she was pronounced the winner of the first tournament she took part in. The symbol is no different from the Moonlight pack logo. "You'll be a great Luna when the time comes," Her mother said to her after she drew the symbol on her shoulder.
Her mother, Allison Bradley, a strong Luna mated to her Father, Collins Bradley were the Alpha and Luna of the Moonlight pack. There was a time she watched her father take on eight werewolves all by himself. Though it was a fair fight, she had always thought about how one could conquer them after being wounded. Alpha Collins wanted her to be strong as she is her only daughter and had another son, Jon.
Cara loved her brother, Jon very much as he is her only elder brother. Jon would do anything to protect her sister and would allow no harm to come to her.She remembered how Jon saved her when they went hunting a few months back. She was asked to wait behind and not to follow him any further. She didn't listen and was eventually caught in a net trap set by some other werewolves. She screamed for help when three wolves came out from nowhere to capture her.
Jon came running towards her direction to fight off the wolves to stay away from her. He transited to his wolf form and suddenly, the wolves were scared to death such that they ran away. The wolves were just an animal and not the actual werewolves.
Alpha Collins was always feared and loved by everyone before he was betrayed and killed alongside Luna Eretria by his Beta, Brad along with a few other traitors. Brad had always been nice to Cara and sometimes put her to sleep when she was still tender. Brad never expressed a disrespectful attitude towards Alpha Collins nor displayed a sign of revolt against Alpha Collins until that fateful night when he executed his anticipated plan to kill Collins and succeeded.
Cara could have been captured or rather, killed too but Jon came to her aid and escaped with her. She cried wanting to go back to her mother. Jon ran away with her into a nowhere jungle surrounded with miles of bushes.
"Jon, Jon." She cried and screamed with a high pitch sound after she fell from a hill and bursted into another route different from the one she walked on with Bernard before.
She got separated from her brother and got no where else to go until she came across the Shadow white pack clan and joined them as a slave without revealing her true identity as the daughter of Alpha Vic and Luna of the Sunshine pack but with no doubt, constantly intensifying her desire to take revenge on those who murdered her parent.
"This was no different from the scent I smelled a few hours ago," She marvelled as she perceived the same scent when she was on her way to her apartment after working vigorously. it's just twenty third hour she had knelt down and remained just an hour. She turned around to see if anyone was around who's got the scent she smelled.
She felt emotional at an instant. "It must be him, If not, why else would I feel this way," She queried herself. She felt like getting up from where she knelt down but some bodyguard werewolves were watching her as directed by Luna Eretria.
Different thoughts pop up on her mind as to what she could do to get the wolf behind the scent. "I need to meet him at all costs." She raised up her head only to see a brown haired guy in a red jacket standing not too far from her. She stared at him in the eye and in return he stared at her for a moment.
All Cara thought in mind was that he would come over and save her from where she is as diverse kinds of thought weighed her mind. "He is the one, my mate, but why is he just standing over there? He must have known that too?" She thought to herself, "He could have said something right," She shook her head trying to grasp the reason for his action.
"Ethan, Ethan" She heard a name from a distance calling out to him. At an instant, she mused as he walked away from where he stood inside the residence of Alpha Luke and Luna Eretria.
Ethan is the only son of Alpha Gordon and Luna Eretria and the future Alpha of the Shadow white pack clan. He had left the pack a few months back and just gotten back from a tour.
Apart from being handsome, Ethan was the shameless type of guy. He thought as the future Alpha he could do anything he wants.
"That sounded like Eretria, why would she call him." She wondered.

The night watch wolves growled and joked with themselves in the cold weather. Mia just got relieved from her punishment. She walked falteringly back to her room and sat on the small stood. She recalled how she was humiliated by Priya.
It's almost twelve o'clock in the midnight when Cara got up from where she sat after thinking all through the night about what happened. She laid on a small fuzzy tattered foam as mosquitoes buzzed all around the room.
She felt so infuriated by the sounds of the flies. Her eyes turned yellow at an instant and hairs hurled out from her body. Her claws sprouted out slowly as she jumped so high to the ceiling and back to the ground. This is the first time she's going to feel that way as she had never experienced changing to her wolf form.
"I think you'll have to be eighteen before you'll be able to shift to your wolf form." She remembered her mother telling her that. Cara had always thought that she had no wolf. "Maybe I'm not meant to be."
Cara felt at an instant, a surge of energy within her. She growled simultaneously. Cara didn't have control over her new found wolf. She remembered how her mother had trained her about whatever is to happen the first time she turned. She tried to calm herself thinking about her mother and father. In no time, she transited back into her human form.
She looked at the time, it's already the starting of a new day in which she turned eighteen.
"This is it... I guess it's about time I execute that which had been on my mind." She thought to herself. She had once decided about leaving the Shadow white pack clan the moment she had her wolf all for the sole purpose of searching for her mate.
"I already found him, he's right here, I just have to meet him," She exclaimed.
"Oh, my pendant... I have to take it along with me, that's all I've got from my mother." She lamented remembering that her pendant is now in Priya's possession.
Cara bite her finger with her teeth and scratched her hair with her palm. She looked troubled as she thought about a way of getting back the pendant from Priya.
She suddenly jumped up and clapped her hands in anticipation of whacking off her new intended found plan.
The natural cold air blew inside the room as the door creaked open. Laurel hopped, wanting to scare Cara who turned her back against the door. Cara got hold of her and groped her before she could lay her hands on her and flew her over the bed. "What did you do that for?"
"Oh, Laurel, I didn't know it was you," She said to her, apologizing. They both looked at themselves for a while and bursted into laughter that filled the entire room.
"But where have you been, I haven't set my eyes on you since I came back from the barn." Cara questioned petulantly. Cara descended back on her tattered foam and because the air was breezy and cool, she was soon yawning, waiting expectantly for a response from Laurel.
"Laurel, are you going to say something," She queried as Laurel grunted in response. "I was called to the future Alpha residence under his directive, I've got no choice but to go," She replied "You know, he's got a thing for beautiful girls like me, maybe he's going to check out for you someday." She added to her statement.
Cara stared without taking her eyes off her. "Future Alpha, never heard of that," "That's because, it's been but a little while since you've been here." She gave a curt reply that resulted in silence from Cara.
Laurel looked at Cara who had just broken into silence. "I shouldn't I've spoken like that, I'm sorry." She apologized. Cara stood up grudgingly from where she laid and sat beside Laurel and patted her by her back. "It's okay, you don't have to worry about that." She said with a perfect smile on her face.
"You know, he made an arrangement to mate with me tonight but he was kind of busy, just got back from some adventure of his... He's good looking and the future Alpha, or Future Alpha Ethan... I,"
"Wait, did you just mentioned Ethan, huh." She asked, stopping her from completing her statement.
"Yeah, why did you ask." She queried
"Huh, about that, it's nothing... just asking, but you guys didn't do a thing right." Cara questioned
"No, come on Cara, you sound suspicious." She mused, staring at her with great attention.
Cara laid back on her bed, thinking about what Laurel had just told her. She felt confused as to what to believe. "Could it be true, what kind of guy is he?" She thought, and soon fell asleep.
Abel walked slowly thinking about what Roy would do to them after the betrayal. Though it wasn't his fault but yet he could have stopped it for happening but was not strong enough to stop Eric and his Father. He walked slowly, putting one foot in front of the other in an attempt to meet with his Father. He got to the doorstep of his Father and stood there. He knocked and without waiting for a response from the inside of the room, he barged in and shut the door behind him. He looked at his Father who sat on a wheelchair with his back turned against him. He lost his leg during a fight with a few of the werewolves. He was the one to take the war to them with a few of the hunters. He shouldn't have been the one to lose his legs that night but he eventually did after he tried to save Taylor. They were ambushed as it wasn't what they were expecting. At first they thought they were winning the fight not until a few other wolves came out of nowhere and attacked them from every coners. It w
Roy sat inside the van at the back while Abel sat right next to him and Eric right at his front. Eric spied on him through the mirror that was hanging right above him. Though Roy noticed him but was less concerned about that. He head was raised high up with his eyes closed. L He lingered upward on his seat when the Van climbed on a large stone. He opened his eyes as he noticed the Van had stopped."We are here... but you won't alight here... we'll be going straight to meet him," Abel said to him. He looked up and made a sudden eye contact with Eric whose eyes was fixed on him. Abel knew that Eric did not support his alliance with Roy but Abel understood Roy and thought about it, placing himself in his shoes. He figured out he would also do the same if he should put himself in Roy's position. "I hope he hears you out but you should know... you'll have to fight him and he is experienced in this, it's not going to be easy," He said "I hope it won't be easy," Eric said immediately Abel
Liam rode on his horse, crushing through the forest as he made way for the Blackpool pack. Roy had told him to get back and get Cara to be on her way as he would have set things right before she arrives. That was part of his plan as he thought of hiding her amongst the hunters. It was the only option he have and the only one that could save Cara and the baby. Since the pack was not a safe place for them, not even in the city but being in the midst of the hunter would be a much better option. The werewolves, even though they had abilities were all scared to cross their boundary and attack the hunters, knowing that many of them would die at the hand of the hunters. They had never once taken the fight to them. He believed that if he could only get them to see from his point of view, there will be no reason to go to war.The baby would be the one who o stir up the war but if she would not be there for everyone to fight over her, then no war could be started. Liam crossed the path which th
"We have to go... we have to catch up with them," Roy said immediately Abel finished with his words. "This must have happened while I was gone... It wasn't here when I passed by," Liam said and took a brief look at Roy. "Something must be going on in the city... we have to hurry," He added."No, we have to find the hunters," Roy said immediately."And do what... kill them," Abel said and rushed right in front of Roy to stop him. He had not a slight fear in him when he heard the words Roy uttered. Liam wanted to grab him and pushed him away but Roy stopped him, knowing he was fighting for those he cared about."I feel what you feel Abel... Did you notice your reaction," He asked and sighed. "You were not even scared of me despite the fact that you were always scared... what gave you the confidence," He asked and smiled. He took a few steps closer to Abel."You had your courage because you're trying to protect your people," Roy said and took a deep breath in. "You could see why I woul
Not long after that Roy had taken his leave from the spot which he had his fight with the werewolf alongside Liam and Abel, he stopped when he sighted a thick fog of smoke that went up into the sky a little distance from them as it was eight ahead of them. Liam and Abel who were right behind him also halted as they saw what he had seen. "What is this.... this might be another trap," Liam said and rode his horse closer to Roy so that he was right beside him. "I know... it might, most of them knows that I'm away from the pack since there were intruders in the pack," He said to Liam and looked away after which he had took a brief look at him."We don't know what will be waiting for us on the other side... it's difficult to see through it," Liam said, waiting to hear from Roy about what he thought they could do. "We could use him... the human," He suggested but at that moment, Roy refute his opinion and made it known to him that Abel can't be hurt as he had choosen to trust him despite
Roy held the wolf which had spoken for the rest of his pack after which he smashed him down on the ground. He landed another punch right on his face and in no time, turned his head to notice Liam after which he heard the sound of his voice. He sighed Liam already thrown down on the floor with the side of his head bleeding, profusely. Roy got up to help him out. He ran into their midst without hesitation with the three of them surrounding him. He fought them so hard, piercing them with his claws. He got hold of one of them and threw him hard to the ground. He was struck by one of them right on his lower back, causing him to lose his balance. The three of them rushed at him all at once, leaving him at the middle. They slashed their hands trying to cut him with their claws. He defended himself, griping them one after the other and hitting them hard with his palm. He could have killed them, piercing them with his claws and be done with them once and for all but he choose not to, knowing
