There was an important even held by a business maniac in New York City. Most influential figures were invited not forgetting the young masters who ruled with monopoly in their masterpiece.

"This way young master".

A tall slender figure stepped out of his limited edition car making his way towards the building where the event was taking place.

Walking through the corridors where his guards walked by his side in form of a shield.

The young master was not to be thrilled with, not just anyone could approach him despite your status and even if you did. You have to be on your toes.

Finally he strayed elegantly through the corridors of the building which were surprisingly long to lead to the main Hall.

The doors were open and he was greeted with quite a number of elite personalities.

His lazy eyes scanned the hall as he made his way down the white stairs with gold railings.

"Young master Ayden blade". A man in his late fourties greeted him.

He was a well known personality in the business.

Ayden blade responded.

" Sir David it's very surprising to see you at parties"

His exceptional voice causing a few women to look in his direction.

The man laughed enthusiastically.

"And isn't it rare to see you at a party" He complimented.

"I know".

Ayden nodded in agreement. And it was true, if he wasn't the one hosting the party he wouldn't even make an appearance.

But he was specifically sent an invitation to be at this one, he felt he had less things to do so, why not attend after all it was the weekend.

" But it's such a beautiful occasion of course I have to be here". The man continued for Ayden to hum in response.

"Mmmh".

His eyes still looking round the hall where some ladies couldn't help but blush and steal glances at him, but he didn't bother.

Finally his handsome eyes landed on a silhouette which looked strangely familiar to him.

Not listening to what Mr David had to say he walked towards the figure but the population didn't let him get to her on time.

When he got to where she was standing, she was gone.

There was a frown between his eyebrows on his handsome face while one of his aquantansies approached him once again.

A lady in a long exquisite gown stood in amidst the crowd as she stared unwavering at the people surrounding her.

This was not her first time at a party like this but she couldn't get why she felt nervous though.

Brianna Zachary the only daughter of the Zachary family stood there in the glory she was born with.

Taking a glass of champagne from the waiter who passed by her. She turned to look at the crowd in front of her.

Taking a sip from the glass where a business client called out to her.

"Miss brianna!".

She turned to the direction she heard her name. Smiling formally she complimented her actions.

" Mr. Mandez, It's so nice to see you here".

The man looked at brianna like she was the only one standing in the room. Brianna noticing this cringed hard, but didn't show her emotions. She just looked at the man where he stretched out his hand.

Brianna not wanting to cause any unnecessary scene, reached out to shake his disgusting hand where he held onto her for a longer second than expected.

She titled her head to the side still looking at the man. Her expression spoke.

'What the fuck are you doing'.

Pulling away from his grasp she put her hands away and raised her foot to step away.

"Aah I wanted to have a nice conversation with you maybe we could have a good talk"

Brianna nodded.

Turning her head away as her gracious eyes ran through the gathering where her eyes landed on on the young man in his early twenties standing amidst the crowd.

'Mmh that figure looks familiar'.

She thought while still taking a sip from her cup completely forgetting about Mr madez. Or did she?.

Realization hit her, it's like she just aged.

"Ayden blade?".

She said softly in surprise.

The one place where she never thought she would ever see him. The one person who she hoped to never see again in this lifetime.

Putting down her champagne where she made her way in his direction, completely ignoring Mr mandez and his rambling.

This was not the first time brianna ignored him, so he was sorta used to it only that each time. He got angry more and would always think of devious ways to get her to himself.

Brianna still looking at the figure, her heart beating nervously in her chest. She swallowed hard on her saliva. Under the chandelier her nervousness was hidden as she looked graceful in her clothing.

Taking a closer look at the man as she walked slowly.

She was enveloped in cold invisible sweat.

"It is him". She muttered under her breathe.

Suddenly Ayden turned in her direction where both their eyes met.

Brianna could feel her soul shrinking. Acting natural like he did not just see her looking at him, she broke eye contact and passed by him gracefully.

Her hand brushed against his, she felt like she was electrocuted.

She breathed a sigh of relief as she walked further and further away from him in the large hall.

She was suddenly dragged to the side by her assistant Gema snow.

"Boss look that's Ayden blade".

She said with so much excitement.

Which made brianna wonder what was so special about him, I mean he makes her break to pieces whenever she sees him.

Brianna looked at Gema as she wasn't suprised, after all, who worked in this circle and did not know him.

She sighed.

"So? "

"So, so is that we...." She pointed at them.

"could try and make some investments in his company. Maybe he could consider venturing into the fashion brand I mean, though he's very successful in steel he could... "

"He runs a manufacturing company......" She spoke.

"what more do you think he wants from little you". Brianna said as a matter of fact.

The guy was a multi billionaire, venturing into materials world wide. why would he want someone like them to invest.

That was just mocking business as a whole.

Though her company did have a good stance as a beginner, exactly they were just beginners.

Who wouldn't hear this news and laugh out loud I mean. It's just like a baby comparing himself to an adult that have seen the world.
