Life in the palace was beginning to get boring, at least for me. Going through my familiar routine for months with nothing to do next created some itch inside of me to find an hobby. Or create one instead at least to fill the void inside me.

Not finding Reine's soul altering the biology of my brain.

Since the major recent events in my life had drawn me to studying spells, I'd decided to make the library my second home. It was barely used by anyone in the palace anyway. Also, maybe if I go through all the books in the library, I'll find the answers I desperately seek.

Being a werewolf with very little access to his powers did not only make you feel like a weakling but also dumb amongst the rest of them.

My powers still have returned to its full capacity, maybe that's why the spell did not work, but I knew deep down that that wasn't the case.

So perharps being a regular to the library would make me start to fit in somewhere, even if it wasn't in terms of strength as a werewolf.
