Skye's POV

I had walked into the crescents pack house in anger, but seeing Ava and her uncle together, I had to mellow down despite the fact that I was angry at her. Why did she have such a habit of keeping vital information from me?

"Skye," Phil called with a puzzled look on his face. I waved him aside.

"Is there something you need to tell me?" I asked her, staring hard at her.

She stared at me and as usual, raised her stubborn chin in defiance. "And what do you mean by that?" She asked, her voice as clear and cool as the still waters.

I wanted to shake her hard for that, but I resisted the urge. "Why didn't you tell me you're pregnant?" I asked and her confidence wavered as she stared at me in surprise. Phil stared at both of us, surprise written all over his face too.

"You thought I won't find out?" I asked her and she swallowed and blinked twice.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." She said adamantly, but her voice was wavering.
