A clue

"Bea...Beatrice?" He called in shock.

 "Is everything okay" Beatrice said as she  rushed to pick the phone that was on the floor. She checked it and saw that the phone was still good, she quickly gave it to him.

"How...How long have you been here?" He asked her.

"I came in just now...Sorry about my last words when I asked if you were for real,,, the thing is that I am tired and seeing you talking on the phone instead of talking to me is just so annoying,,,I have somewhere important to go, and that's why I...I am sorry if I sounded rude" She made an explanation and then bowed slightly.

"Oh" Mr Emerson heaved a sigh of relieve. 'I thought she overheard my conversation with Michael, thank goodness' He thought.

"My bad, I didn't know you have somewhere else to be. It's okay, you can leave, I will call you later" He said with a smile.

"Merci" Beatrice returned the smile, she walked out of the room and headed outside.
