Her escape

Chloe stacked pile of registers on eachother then dumped them right in front of Louisa.

"This are the register you demanded, but Louisa you still haven't answered my questions. Why were you late, why did you look like this and the registers what do they have to do with your absence"

Louisa shooked her head and raised a finger , signaling Chloe to be quiet while she reads through the registers with all seriousness.

It was past closing hour but Louisa determinedly search the registers without taking a break or saying a word.

Chloe sat on the floor,she pulled her legs in and rested her chin on her knees waiting patiently for her to let the cat out of of the bag.

"Yes!! I got it" Louisa suddenly shouted after long hours of search.

She slammed the register down right in front of Chloe whom was already dozing off, the sound jolted her back to life.

"There it is!" Louisa said tracing a name on the register with the tip of her fingers.
