I felt eyes boring a hole in the back of my skull and pulled Celeste closer to me. I knew it had to be Miriam I felt glaring and my suspicions were confirmed when I took my seat and caught her stare. She has no right to be angry, she is rejecting me! I thought returning her look with a hard stare of my own.
