Getting Kidnapped

Elaira's POV

"Speak now or forever hold peace," hearing the priest's solemn statement, my breathing quickened as my eyes remained locked on the imposing figure seated in the front row—my ex, Edrick Bennet. Just as I reached for my groom Aaron's hand at the altar, a wave of dread swept over my whole body as I caught sight of Edrick leisurely sipping his drink, his calm gaze fixed on me.

What the hell is the hateful man doing here from whom I had run away four years ago with a broken heart? Is he here to break my marriage and seek revenge? I must be reading into things too much. He is one of the richest businessmen in the country. Maybe he is a shareholder in Aaron's company. It's not that he has any lackings of women, he may not even remember my face after all these years.

But no matter how much I tried to calm myself, the fear wouldn’t go away as the rapid pounding of my heart intensified. After all, he is a merciless person who doesn't forgive betrayal. To my astonishment, the ceremony ended smoothly without any interruption. The church burst into the guest's joyful applauses all at once when Aaron leaned in and Kissed me sealing our wedding vows.

But I couldn’t feel the heartwarming kiss as my fear got the better of me. A cold shiver ran down my spine as I saw Edrick watching me with a simmering intensity in his eyes like a silent predator patiently biding his time.

"Darling, let's seek blessings from the elders and introduce you to our VIP guests," Aaron said softly holding my hand.

"Aaron, I am feeling a little bit unwell. Can we please go home quickly?" The anxiety in my heart was increasing with every passing moment and I just wanted to get out of the sight of Edrick.

"The wedding must have taken a toll on you. I can introduce you to them at the reception tomorrow. Let's go, I have prepared a surprise for you," Aaron gently said.

After getting into the car, relief washed over me and I dared to breathe a little easier.

"Thank you for everything you have done for me, Aaron." I felt my heart filled with warmth and sweetness. Aaron has always shown great care and consideration for me. I didn’t dare to fall in love for the second time in life but I have decided to start over again with this man who prioritises her over everything.

"We will be together for a lifetime. It is my duty to look after you. Ah! I forgot to inform Grandpa that we're leaving. Can you wait for a moment? I will be quick," Aaron said while stroking my hair gently.

"Sure, come back fast," I waved at him.

I reclined into the leather seat and sat comfortably closing my eyes. At the sound of the door pulling, I thought that Aaron had come back. But when I opened my eyes, my breath hitched as I saw Edrick sliding into the car and gesturing to the driver to start the car.

"Aaaaa!" I screamed in panic while trying to get out of the car. Failing to open the door, I started banging on the car glass with both of my hands shouting hysterically as the car began to move.

"Nobody is going to come to rescue you. Save the wailing and screaming for later. I'll make you cry the whole night anyway," listening to Edrick's cold, piercing voice, I looked back at him in horror.

But Edrick didn’t even spare me a glance, his eyes were solely focused on the road ahead. I recoiled to one corner of the car being petrified.

I tried to calm my racing heart. I have a new identity. I am not Evelyn anymore, now I am Elaira.

"Sir, who are you? Where are you taking me?" I tried not to stutter and sound reasonable.

"Keep pretending as much as you want. You can fool Aaron, but not me," Edrick spat sharply, making my body cold all over.

The number of buildings diminished and vast fields began to appear as the car drove for almost one hour before pulling off in front of a penthouse. As soon as the car stopped in the front yard, Edrick grasped my hand and forcefully marched me off inside the house disregarding all my pleas and screams.

He dragged me inside the bathroom and pushed me beneath the shower. I stumbled on my heels and sprawled onto the cold marble floor. An immediate sharp pain shot through my whole body.

As I tried to get up from the frigid floor, water began to course down from the shower soaking my whole body. Edrick firmly grabbed my arms and lifted me off the floor. He clamped my waist with one hand, preventing me from moving out of the shower, and started to rub my lips vigorously with the thumb of the other hand.

"Didn't I warn you before that every inch of your body belongs to me and only I can touch you? How dare you let another man kiss you?" Edrick roared menacingly with bloodshot eyes.

"Leave me. I don’t know you. Why are you doing this to me?" I screamed with anguish struggling to get free from Edrick's forceful grip as I felt my lips were torn apart.

"So you can't recognise your owner now who used to always keep you full with his cum. Fine, let me refresh your memory." Edrick dragged me into the living room and switched the wall TV on.

Soon, moans and muffled sounds started echoing through the whole room as a man and woman were visible on the screen, entangled with each other. The woman was crawling on the bed while the man was thrusting inside her p***y relentlessly.

My eyes widened watching Edrick and my wild s*x video playing on the screen. Did he make this video secretly? How much is he going to humiliate me? I grabbed the remote from the table and was about to smash the TV but Edrick caught my hands.

"Have you remembered now? Every time I used to plunge inside you, you would clench my d**k like a little whore not wanting to let go..."

"Stop! Don't say these shameful things to me. I am not the person on the screen", I shouted cutting Edrick halfway. Gathering every ounce of strength in my body, I elbowed Edrick hard in his stomach. Due to the sudden vicious blow, Edrick staggered backwards a little bit. Getting freed from his grip momentarily, I hastily made a run for the door.
