27: Unusual Feelings

Potatoes are the best. It could beat every dish made by gourmets.

Olivia actually enjoyed eating more with Dakota at the potato restaurant than with Theodore at the five-star restaurant from a couple of days ago. Because of that, she regretted avoiding going to that street for almost her entire life.

The two women got up from their table as soon as they were done eating as they were about to leave when the owner of the restaurant stopped them from leaving. The blonde stood there as she watched her pull the green-haired woman’s sleeve to the side.

“So, is that her?” Hilary whispered to Dakota’s ear, not wanting the blonde to hear what they were talking about.

“Yes, it’s her. But don’t bring it up in front of her,” Dakota replied with a poker face. “Don’t pretend like you know her too.”

“Oh, seriously? How can I when you literally talk about her like—” The owner was not able to finish her sentence when the gangster abruptly placed her hand on her mouth.
