POV

“Finally, all those doctors poking and prodding me, running a shit ton of tests, having my head examined twice. But no one will tell me what the fuck is wrong with me or what is going on?” I ask my brother when he walks into the room.

My parents left a half an hour ago, so I knew he was coming.

He sighs taking a seat where my father has sat for the past two days watching me closely. I have not even my father this much since I was in high school. I’ve never seen him this worried about anyone but my mom, so I know something is going on.

“From the tests that has been run and the looks of you. There is nothing wrong with you. It seems like we missed the fact that you hit your head at some point that caused the head pain you were complaining about when you first woke up. Then when you woke up the second time we realised you’ve lost a whole year’s worth of memories. So you don’t remember Jessica returning, her pregnancy, Anna or Sadie.” He tells me.
