" Want me to come along? " Stella asked swiftly. She would do anything to have her friend back.

Amelia shook her head with a small smile, " Nah, I'll manage. I need the help of a guy though. I'll just call Evan. "

Stella stared at her dumbfounded, " Evan? The same Evan?? " She shrieked.

Amelia looked around frantically, " Keep it low, Stella! " She whisper-shouted. Grabbing her bag, she started walking away. And of course, Stella followed, seeking answers.

" But why? Is there something going on between you and him that I don't know about? " Stella persisted.

Amelia sighed, " Nothing like that, Stella. I just need his help. " She quickened her pace and Stella gave up and called after her, " I'll be expecting some good news, bestie! "

Amelia knew what her best friend meant by those words. She was hoping Amelia would get together with Evan. But it was never gonna happen, Amelia thought. Not in a million years.
