The next morning, I woke up to sunlight pouring in through the curtains, almost blinding me. I sat up quickly and felt a bit lost, not quite sure where I was. Then it hit me—I had just gotten married the day before, and my husband had left me all alone in this creepy, empty house, which only made me more annoyed with him.
