When I asked about her, Nicole’s eyes flickered with a hint of vulnerability for just a second before she quickly masked it. I had been away for nearly a week for a business meeting overseas.

If she caught the sarcasm in my tone, she didn’t let it show. Instead, she brushed past me and headed straight to the kitchen, which really got under my skin.

She was really starting to get on my nerves, but at the same time, I couldn’t help but miss her sweet scent and the feel of her lips against mine. What drove me even crazier was how little control I had over my body when it came to her.

Seriously! I’d been with way more attractive women who were definitely better behaved, but none of them had the power to mess with my self-control or ignite my desire like Nicole did.
