As I stood with my teeth clenched, staring at Gia who was smiling at me, I recalled the advise Miranda had given me and smiled back.

Without saying a word to her, I went to the chair I had sat on before and sat down. When she noticed that I was not going to indulge her, she got up and began to approach me, just as I wanted.

Once she got closer, she folded her arms and scoffed, "Wow, how desperate and shameless can you be? You still came back here?

I mean, if you had any iota of shame, you would have at least gone back home. What are you even doing here? Have you taken a good look at yourself?
