Chapter 15 - The fallout

I swung my right fist and gave him a hard blow to his left cheek.

"Ugh!" Kelvin grunted in pain, rocking to the side from the impact while covering his cheek with his left hand after my fist crashed on his face. Then he spat on the ground before turning to give me a furious look and was about rushing to hit me back when Chloe stepped in between us with both her hands on his chest and said in a loud voice "Kelvin Please!"

"You just saw him hit me!" Kelvin growled angrily to her face, edging himself forward towards me with Chloe constantly pushing him back.

"Am begging you, can we not do this please... Look at me..." She pleaded, raising her right hand up Kelvin's chest to reach for his cheek.

"Please Stop!" Kelvin fumed, grabbing Chloe's right hand on the wrist and pulled it down from his face. "I can't believe you'll want to hang around someone like this."
