Ellyse was lying on their bed alone while hearing the shower coming from the bathroom. Kai was still busy bathing and she’s been trying her best to fall asleep but for some reason, her mind was all over the place. “What is it, Ellyse?” He reiterated. Her throat ran dry as she stared at him, fear creeping into her skin. She had imagined how it would be like if she told him straight up about her pregnancy. What she would say, how she would say it and how she’ll reveal the truth. But in reality, she was left dumbfounded. She stared at him as if the answers were written all over her eyes. “The wedding preparations are already underway. Do you have any requests? A motif you’d like, perhaps?” Eliana, Ellyse’s mother asked. They were eating at the Laurent mansion, as gathered together to talk about wedding plans. For some reason, Kai was peculiarly silent. Ellyse was the one answering the questions. “Well, we haven’t spoken about what motif we wanted. As long as we get married as soon as possible, that’s good enough for us,” She answered her mom. “What if we do a white wedding, yes? It’s traditional but I think it fits well with our bride and groom!” Victoria suggested. Ka and Ellyse were left inside the villa after lunch. She hesitated a lot at first but she didn’t have a choice. Plus, she’s not interested in going around the island that much. She thought that maybe, having that alone time with Kai would lessen her fear of telling him about her pregnancy. While she stayed inside their room, Kai was at the living area, working. He had his eyeglasses on and was typing something on his laptop while his brows were furrowed. He looked very busy and occupied so she didn’t want to bother him. The itinerary for their last day was purely to explore the island more. George and Victoria were most looking forward for it because that meant not getting themselves wet.
