CHAPTER 12

After hours of me studying and completely forgetting about the party and Katya not bringing it up, she suddenly tells me she really has a one of a type favour to do for me.

“Do you know the comic book you told me you will really like, like really really will like to read?” she suddenly asks me

“Yeah” I mumble, trying to finish up my Statistics assignment.

“I have it” she states.

And now she knows she has my attention.

“You are lying” I tell her, looking at her disbelievingly, because if she has it, why won’t she have said anything ‘til now.

“Nope I’m not” she says, looking very smug.

“And before you say anything, I knew it would come in handy one day, that’s why I didn’t mention it” she says, looking at me like she is very proud of herself for not telling me about it earlier.

“So will you give me?” I ask her, excited with the fact that I will be able to read the book.
