Yasmin said, "Let's not talk about that. I'm starving. Is there something to eat?"

She felt her skin crawl at Blake's cheesy words.

Blake smiled in resignation. "I have left some spaghetti for you."

"Perfect timing! I can't wait to eat!" Yasmin put away her bag and sat beside him.

He was thrilled when Yasmin started being herself. He put the lunchbox in front of her and watched her eat.

Yasmin felt uneasy under his stare. She kept her head down and continued eating.

"You're about to drop your head into the lunchbox." Blake propped his head up and looked at Yasmin.

She protested, "Stop staring at me."

"Why not?"

"Why do you have to watch me eat?" She found it unsettling.

Blake chuckled. "You're beautiful. I just can't take my eyes off you."

Yasmin felt her heart flutter and gazed at him. "Why are you being so corny now?"

"Many misunderstandings happened in the past because I kept hiding my feelings. From now on, I want to express my feelings to you."
