Chapter 119

           Jade was too wound up to relax and eat. She closed her eyes to try and relax. She knew she was in way over her head but she knew she had to try and get over whatever they were going to throw in her direction. She would have to be smarter and she would have to show them no fear. She watched as everyone else seemed calm about being in their realm, they didn’t seem to care much about what they were against.

           Maybe Jade was overthinking about who the Fae were and they would reveal themselves as being different. That was until she blinked and she was alone at the fire.

           “Great.” She said standing up. “So you want to test me now?” she said looking around half expecting them to come out of the woods but she was alone.
