Chapter 16 – A Little Surprise for You
"Sir, tomorrow's tour was canceled by the client?" Dhea asked as soon as she entered Maha's office, her boss in the office, the next morning.
Next Wednesday, Dhea should have a tour around Bali until Sunday. But, this morning Jena, her co-worker who was appointed in charge, informed her that the tour had been canceled by a client, so she could have off until Sunday.
"Oh? Jena already told you, Dhea?" asked Maha in return, as he shifted his gaze from the computer screen to his beloved staff.
"Earlier when I came, Jena informed me that tomorrow's tour was canceled. Then I was ordered to take a letter off duty until Sunday to you," answered Dhea.
"Yes, the client canceled. And as usual, if it is canceled by the client, the team still doesn't need to go to the office, aka can take a day off," said Maha while handing a paper entitled 'Exemption of Duties'.
Dhea, who was already sitting on the chair opposite Maha's desk, took the paper and read it.
