Chapter 3

"Tell my manager to bring the first person in, am going to interview them personally" Cole said to his guard. He watched him bowed then left abruptly.

Few minutes later, his guard, Jerome opened the door for a young lady putting on crop top with tight fitted short skirt to come in.

He let out a chuckle as he stared at the lady before him.

"Are you going for a party?" He asked  stupefied shooking his head in disbelief knowing she had full dressed to seduce him.

"No,sir  I  actually came for the interview" the lady replied bowing her head in shame.

"Really? He asked casually 

Are you aware your job here is as a cook? He questioned sternly.

"Yes, sir" she replied with her head still down.

"You can kindly leave" Cole said disgustingly as he felt he couldn't stand her presence any longer.

He was tempted to call his manager  for allowing such  indecent dressing but he by passed it calling out for the next person.

"Wh..a.t!" She stammered suprised.

"You heard me,out!" Cole fired at her and she scampered out immediately.

Just as she went out another lady came in smiling sheepishly .

" Seems she had a wardrobe malfunction" cole mumbled quietly cause the lady in front of him was looking like a clown. Her make up was practically too much and her outfit was disarrayed.

Cole wonder if the lady was in her right sense of mind to have dressed that way in this present twenty first century.

He didn't realize when he started laughing.

Funny enough, the lady joined him in laughing also.

Cole paused, gave her a strict glare to return to order.

"This is Insane" he muttered beckoning on his guard to take her out .

He was very much disappointed with his manager.

He contemplated on if he should call the interview off but he reasoned that won't be the best  option so he decided to wait and see the end of it.

"Next" he called out.

A young lady walks in,  she wasn't smilling nor frowning either. Her face was just perfect, her nose pointed, brown eyes, full cherry blossom lips and long wavy brown hair.

Her face held this 'suprise shocking face' as her brown eyes met his.

She look as though she had just seen a ghost which made him wonder if his face was that scary.

He let out a light smile trying his best to make her feel at ease.

"Hi.." she stammered.

"Hello" he greeted back, he knew she was still in shock from the way her voice had cracked.

He could tell she was still scared of him, he didn't know what to do to make her stop being scared of him.

Cole found it annoying and confusing simultaneously, he had always like everyone being scared of him but he couldn't stand it coming from her and he wondered why.

"Good afternoon sir" she greeted again but more formally handing over her credentials to him

"Yeah, he replied jolting back to reality.

"So tell me about yourself..I mean your experience in this job" cole said as his gaze held her.

He found it interesting staring at her brown eyes, he wished he could spend the whole day staring deeply in it.

He didn't realize when she started explaining until she was done.

"You're hired" he told her plainly.

"What's your name again?"
