The campus isn't as calm as every other nights tonight.

It's the games night, and even students from other schools are in the campus to watch, so it's full.

Roonie drove into the park on his motorbike and took off his helmet, hanging it before coming down.

Vikings are meeting right now at the gazebo, and the members would have been waiting.

The games start in an hour.

He fished out his phone with his leather-gloved hand, texting Pearl.

Roonie: Be at the game... You don't want another punishment, do you?

He pushed his phone back into his pocket before walking into the gazebo, and as expected, the other members are already waiting.

Hyce, Axel and Rebekah are in front of them, but they're not alone.

The Titans are also there.

Rue, Juliet and Romeo.

Rook is on a bed in the middle of the place, almost lifeless and fuçking skinny.

Hazzan is beside him, the pitiful father looking so pathetic.

Immediately Roonie came in, he rushed to kneel at his feet, holding his legs.

"Please... Banks, save my son... please... I don't think he can make it to ten days" he begged.

"Ten days? Did Xavier tell you that?" Roonie almost laughed, and Hazzan looked up.

"I can bet it with you, Rook won't see tomorrow morning without the antidote" Hyce said from his side with a mocking whistle sound, and Hazzan started crying again.

"No... please I can't lose him...I can't...I ... can't!!"

He sat on the ground and continued his hot waterworks.

"Get up" Roonie told him, and he immediately spranged up.

Roonie faced The Titans, and it was Juliet who went on her knees first, then Romeo.

Rue remained standing.

"Rue!" Juliet called.

"Are you insane? I get that I once had a crush on him but it's not enough to kneel in front of him. Rook means nothing to me too so his death is great. I'll become the next leader so it's beneficial. Let him die" Rue retorted.

"That bîtch" Rebekah muttered.

"Rue" Romeo gritted.

"I'm not kneeling" Rue replied, and she was starting to walk out of the gazebo when Roonie cornered her.

A punch from him to the middle of her chest made her stagger, and she fell heavily on her knees, bleeding from the ears and mouth.

Her blood splashed on the ground in front of her, and she tried to stand, but she fell back on her knees.

Roonie squatted in front of her .

"Reporting me to the cops would be the last unreasonable thing you should do. I don't kill without waiting, and I'm still waiting till you'd be qualified to die. I'll draw out your heart myself and feed it to the dogs" he muttered before standing.

He walked to Rook's bed, and Hazzan shifted back as he squatted beside it too.

"Listen well. After this scene, if you're seen anywhere near Pearl...or if you breathe the same air as her, you'll be getting more than poison" he muttered.

"He won't try it!" Hazzan quickly said.

Roonie looked at Axel, and he threw him a very small scent bag.

Roonie caught it and gave it to Hazzan.

"Make him sniff" he told him.

Hazzan lifted Rook's head up, placing the woolen bag on his nose.

Roonie left the gazebo, and the other Vikings followed him out.

"Thank you so much Banks! I'll pay you back for this! I'll forever be grateful!" Hazzan shouted after him.

As the smell seeped into Rook's nose, his veins came back to life, and he grabbed the bag by himself, sniffing it all the way in for complete one minute.

He sat up in bed afterwards, vomiting the urine he drank.

"Rook!" Romeo rubbed his back.

"I'm so glad" Hazzan started shedding tears of joy.

Juliet looked over at Rue who's still weak, and she scoffed.

"What a dunce"
