I watched the woman approach my interviewer. The woman whispered something to my interviewer, then she took a quick look at my resume after that my interviewer nodded and the woman left.

This was completely familiar.

“I’m sorry, Miss Rodriquez, you are overqualified for the position.”

I nodded. As I expected.

“Thank you.” I just said and took the resume that HR was returning.

When I left the building I tilted my head while looking at my resume.

I had a lot of resumes printed but I haven’t reduced them yet because not even one of them has accepted me.

I’ve been looking for a job for two weeks, and the scene a while ago, when the interview went smoothly with me answering all their questions, suddenly someone else comes in, whispers to HR then suddenly returns my resume.

Sometimes there’s a scene, as soon as they see my name they immediately return it to me without even interviewing me.
