ログインAuthor's POV It was hard for her, but she did it. Opening his pants, she didn’t know what to do or where to go, but one thing terrified her to the core: Xavier's silent, cold face. He had agreed to her request. This wasn’t Xavier; he didn’t drag her to him, attacking her, punishing her. She was accepting this, after everything that had happened, but he looked calm, more composed, as if nothing had occurred.Xavier looked at her, her head bowed, hands trembling in pure horror. “Take me in your mouth,” he breathed out, the glass touching his lips as the wine slid down his thirsty throat.Iris’s eyes moved up. She knew she had no option but to do what he said. Right now, he wanted her to serve him, like a slave… his sex slave. Her hand moved to do what he told her, swallowing her dignity. She had done it before, but this time was different ….so different that it shattered her self-respect into pieces. Her shaking hand touched his dick, making him pause in his drink. Her lips slowly wrap
Author’s POVIris’s lifeless body lay on the cold ground. Her muscles ached from the hard surface beneath her. Sounds slowly began to clear in her head as her eyes opened weakly. Her head felt heavy, throbbing with pain. She tried to shake off the fog in her mind as her eyes scanned the area around her. The glass walls surrounding her made her eyebrows draw together in confusion. Her hand moved to her head, which was pounding in pain. She tried to rise from the cold floor, but stumbled back onto the surface, a painful wince leaving her lips. Her hand landed against the transparent glass wall for support. Her mind was a mess. She couldn’t understand anything. She pressed her palm hard against her head, trying to gather her memories. Her eyes slowly drifted toward the glass as her vision began to clear. Her heart stopped. A cold terror ran through her body. Her sight blurred with tears as a trembling wave shot through her. Her shaking hand landed on the glass.“N-no… no…” the cracked wo
Iris’s POVMy eyes opened, the brightness spreading through the room, making an itch run through my eyes and forcing me to shut eyes tightly again. Voices rang in my head, someone calling my name, the sound vibrating through my mind.I opened my eyes once more. The brightness flashed in front of me after so long, making me blink in discomfort. As my vision cleared, Evander’s face came into view.“Hey, are you okay?” his voice came softly. My head felt heavy. I tried to capture my surroundings, to understand where I was dazed, unable to process anything.“Iru?”That one word cleared all the fog in my mind. I looked up, expecting those fiery orbs, but only met black ones.“Iris, what happened? Are you okay?” Evander asked again as I breathed, trying to calm down my racing heart.“Yea-h…” I found myself stumbling over the word as everything slowly became clear. I noticed how close we were. I could feel his hand on my waist and my body resting in his arms.I quickly moved out of his hold.
Xavier's POV The cold wind of midnight brushed past me.My hand moved as I opened the apartment door. The silence welcomed me once, a thick one. Walking inside, every memory with her is flashing in front of me. I can see her in every corner of this small space. My legs carried me towards the balcony. The whole world is quiet as is my anguish. I can't think, I can't sleep. I need her. I lit up a cigarette, pulling it out to make her thoughts disappear into the smoke, but it crawled through it, making a pattern her face flashed, mocking me.I smashed the cigarette under my shoes. I came here because my yearning for her was killing me, making it hard for me to stand at any place… I came here thinking, as always, she would be waiting for me.I walked inside the bedroom. The sheets lay there tangled, her scent filled the room. I inhaled deeply, trying to consume all her essence from here.Walking inside, my fingers crossed her things placed on the table, those that had touched her skin. M
Author's POV A month passed as time flowed. It was painfully going slow. Iris sat at her table, documents scattered on it, looking at the file, one last time. She walked out of her office room."This file is ready, Mr. William. I made it from the information I got while living in the Stone Empire," she said, her eyes distant.Mr. William pulled off his glasses as he looked at the file and then at Iris. "I know I’ve told you a lot of times, and I’m doing it again just leave the country. It will be safer for you, Iris," Mr. William said, his face showing concern."I told you already, I’m not going anywhere," Iris said."Why are you not understanding? The Stones are looking for you like crazy dogs!" Mr. William got up from his seat to make her understand how serious the situation was for her."I have given my all for this mission. I’m not going anywhere until it’s completed," Iris’s voice rang with determination."But we almost have it. The general was ready to help us," William argued.
Author's POV The car door opened.“Iris, come,” the man in his forties said. Wrinkles and scars on his face told a long story. The hardness on his face lessened a little as he watched Iris walking out of the car like a ghost.“Iris, I am sorry. I know I should have informed you first but… this was important,” the man explained. But she didn’t look at him, as his words didn’t reach her. She just walked, her steps shaky, eyes unfocused and utterly hollow. The life inside her had been sucked out, and there only remained scattered bones and throbbing flesh.Iris just moved like a ghost. Every step was more trembling than the last one. Her mind was totally blank, as blocking the chaos going inside her body to protect her. Breath coming shallow. The man looked at her in guilt. Somehow he was the reason behind her state. He was the one who had thrown her there, still knowing the hell she would be walking through. This was new for her. He had never seen her this lost.Iris’s step froze on th
