Next Morning -

Annika's Pov..

I came home after meeting my friends after a long time In morning they called me to meet.

First I denied but when they blackmailed me emotionally then I can't say no to them.

After a long time I enjoyed my quality time with my friends & it was awesome.

When I returned in my home I saw darkness all around, All lights were off.

I was going towards my room when I saw

a person who was sitting at the sofa in the living room. His eyes were closed.

A shiver ran down in my spine due to the fear. How can someone enter in my house without my permission. When there is a lot of security outside the house

When I came near to him then I realized that He is none other than my husband Shivaay.

I was surprised that why suddenly he came india after many days without giving any information about his return. Atleast he came. It's enough for me. Otherwise I thought he will never return. I am seeing him after whole five months. I really missed him. I went towards his direction.

I tapped his shoulder & called his name.. Shivaay. He opened his eyes & Looked me with an unknown expression.I don't know what was that, I couldn't read it.

He said to me.

You are still here...I thought " you have left me "

My heart tore after hearing him.

I never expected him that meeting me after five months He will ask me this question.

He doesn't want me in his life,That's why he left me in india alone.

What he think of himself ? How can he think that I will leave him after our marriage.

I will never going to leave him. I will try my best to win his heart again and save our marriage. I always loved him from my heart and soul. He loved me too immensely.

I don't know that what happened in past few years that today he doesn't want me as his wife. I am sure he has his own reasons that's why he is behaving like this. But I will find the real reason behind his behaviour.I will never leave him.

Why would I leave ?

This is my house & I have full rights in this house & upon you too. Annika replied him in full attitude while Shivaay glared her

I am not your husband & you are not my wifeI married you just bcoz of my father's Wish not with my own wish " said Shivaay in rude tone and continued

" I am never going to give you any rights of my wife not today and nor in future ... Do you get that. So just leave from my house.

I was never interested in this marriage.

I don't want you in my life. How many times I have to remind you ? "

I am your legally wedded wife Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi and that's why this is my home too. I know that you didn't accept me as your wife. But one thing you get straight at your mind too that We have married with full rituals , taking the vows ,signing the official papers of our marriage...So our marriage is legal. And before 6 months you can't divorce me. So don't talk to me ever like this from now on. Bcoz its upon me that I will give you divorce or not "  Annika snapped him angrily

Oh Really ? I think you are the one who is forgetting that I tore those marriage certificates infront of your eyes and I also signed divorce papers that day. So how our marriage is legal. And about which marriage you are talking ?" Shivaay asked her 

I know that you signed the divorce papers

Even you tore our marriage certificates.

I am not forgetting anything. Obviously How can I forget when you are always here to remind me about that day in my life.

When you brutually murdered my all dreams in one night. I can't believe that you are the same person whom I used to love from my heart and who loved me more than myself. Bcoz my Shivaay used to care me the most in this world. He couldn't see the single tear in my eyes in past. But today You are the single reason of my every tear and miseries.

Whatever there is no need to talk about this when now you don't love me more. But still

You are my husband and I am your wife.

We shared a pure relation and You can't change it. No matter how powerful are you

but truth is truth and no one can change this truth that we are a couple. Yes you didn't

declare me as your wife infront of the world but I agree. But you are forgetting that you married me infront of our family. And our marriage was registered in court. So you tore marriage certificates but you can't cancel our marriage registration.

So For Your kind information I also want to remind you that I didn't sign those divorce papers & nor I and you submitted them in court for divorce proceedings .. So I am still your legally wedded wife Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi" Annika reminded him

She continued..

From this right You can't stop me to living in this house & one more thing I am telling you that atleast for me this marriage is not a game like you. I have full faith in my marriage...that's why I will try my best to save this relationship. I am never going to leave you & this house ever.. Do you get that Mr. Oberoi. So stop talking me every time about divorce. Bcoz I will not divorce you.

Why can't you understand shiv that marriage is not a game idiot. It's a relation of seven birth. Which couldn't break after signing some papers " 

Why are you doing this Shivaay you never told me. Whenever I asked you about it.

You always hurted me with your words, ignorance and behaviour.. Still after returning india after many years you are saying the same thing. I am done with your stubbornness Shivaay. Now don't bother me. You are free to live your life I will not interfere in it. But don't expect me that I am gonna leave you ever. Bcoz this relationship is very important for me. And I will try to save it till my last breath " Said Annika 

 Why are you so stubborn Annika.

" Why are you doing this "? When I never gave you the single reason to remain in this relationship. Then why you want to live with me ? Shivaay suddenly asked her by holding her shoulders with a serious expression.

Annika never expected him that he will ask her this question bcoz he totally stopped talking with her .

Because I am your wife " Annika replied while looking in his eyes 

" Why have you not left me " ?

I thought you have left me long time ago after seeing me with Soniya " Shivaay asked her

Hearing this Annika smiled sadly and asked

 " You are my husband Shivaay. How can I leave you ? "When I have decided to marry you I have promised myself to make this marriage successful and I couldn't break this promise.

A Hollow chuckled escaped from Shivaay's lips & he shook his head.

"You are a stubborn girl Annika. Very stubborn but one thing you knew very well that I am too stubborn. But I am more stubborn than you... and I am saying to you that You can never make this marriage successful . Forget me. It will be better for you and your future life. Suddenly his laughter died and rage filled in his eyes.

My life is fucked up & a fucked up life can never be a successful married life.. He yelled making her flinch.

I am challenging you Annika that one day you will leave me with your wish.. He warned her in his cold voice... After warning her he went  upstairs in his room.

Annika also went to her room. About thinking his harsh words.. A lone tear fall down from her eyes.

Why you hate me this much Shivaay ??

Why ??? Why are you doing this to me.

Your words hurts me. Plz don't do this.

I have no one in my life other than you

You are my only family. If you will leave me then I will be alone " thought Annika 

Fine if you are stubborn and not backing off  then I am too stubborn Shivaay. I am accepting your challenge. One thing I am too promising you that one day you , yourself will accept me as your wife infront Of whole world. I will make this marriage successful at any cost " She determined in her mind.
