Bernard's POV

“We are here, my lord,” my driver spoke as he stopped before a gate. “Stay here, I'll be back,” I told him and left the car. I reached the gate and rang the bell while looking through the security cameras, so they could see me properly. Within a minute, the gate opened and I walked in.

“Greetings, Lord Bernard,” the men at the gate greeted. “Where is Alpha Linus…" I didn't finish my words when I saw him approaching me with a surprised but frightened look.

“Lord Bernard, you are here,” he spoke, surprised, but I rushed up to him and grabbed him by the neck with my left hand.

I could hear the loud and disapproving growl from his men, but none attempted to come near me because they knew I wouldn't waste a moment to turn them into ice.
