Jane was lying on her bed, her restless mind was an absolute mess. Sleep was far away from her teary eyes. Since she came back from Johnson mansion, she couldn't stop her restless mind for a second. Hatred, Regret, Gratitude, were mixing up in her mind making her wish to be vanished. She tried to escape to her imaginary world but her mind didn't allow it.

Her thinking came to a halt and her inner voice seemed to stop for the first time since evening as she heard the sound of the door opening. Her every sense rose to its high alert mode. Getting up from the bed she was about to take a step when she figured out a dark silhouette near the door.

" Wh...who?" Jane gulped in fear.

Before even she could repeat her words a tall figure started taking slow steps towards her, like a predator to its prey. The light from the night lamp fell on his sharp features making them clearer gradually.

"Ad..Addy.. You ?"

Jane couldn't believe her eyes. Adrian? Here? How? Wasn't he supposed to be at his pa
