Chapter 47
The week went by slowly for Lindy; she was living in constant fear and was having nightmares. All this was caused by the fact that every morning when she opened the newspaper there was something about Jason and Andy.
Every picture their man sent, Jason was with Andy and Lindy could not help but be scared by all this. She didn’t know what this meant and she couldn’t even bother Drake about it as he was also busy preparing for the war he believes is coming.
To make matters worse, his man never got back to him. Usually, it would take a day or two for him to respond but it has been a week of silence on his end and Drake could not shake the feeling that something happened to him.
