Time was running out. Red moon was approaching fast....just two months and I had no idea about it. I knew nothing about the stories except for the one told by Bernadette. The tension in the dining room was thick enough to be cut with a knife easily. Everyone could sense it. It was the first time I was having dinner in the dining room with everyone else. Alpha Orion was sitting at the chair which clearly belonged to him at the corner, on the other end, Luca was sitting. They both seemed to be busy in their glaring battle.Bernadette had asked me to have my meals here but I always refused knowing well it was not my place.I was sitting on the left side of Alpha Orion while on his right Bernadette was sitting, who kept passing me comfortable smiles in between. Next to me was Chelsea. No one was saying a word as the dinner was being served. Everyone could sense the weirdness in the air. I kept on wondering where this road would lead us to. There were no boards or anything that could give me a hint. I had no clue if we were going out of the pack or if we were still in the pack. "You saved his life," I commented. He gave me a side look and then turned his eyes back on the road without saying anything else. "I know exactly what you are doing.""

"Alpha," a middle-aged woman wearing a floral maxi dress with a teal colored cardigan on the top came out to greet Alpha Orion. Her head was low while greeting in a soft voice as a bunch of children surrounded Alpha in no time. "How are you, Lenna?""I am fine, thank you," her head was still in the same position as she answered. Who was Alpha Orion?The cruel Alpha who murdered people with no mercy just to take over the packs or the loving Alpha who looked after his people and for whom people had love and respect in their hearts?
