Chapter 2

  Sava's POV:

I looked at my phone to check my account but there's no signal there. I sighed in disbelief and check the time. It's already 12AM. 

But I don't feel like putting my eyes into sleep! I also can't sleep all along! 

Whenever I closed my eyes, I just don't feel comfortable I seems like someone's been watching me! And now, I ended up gazing the ceiling. 

Nah, I need to sleep.

I was in the middle of forest covering myself with blanket. I don't know exactly what am I doing there, but one thing that I know: I needed to find for something...

I stopped for a bit when I felt the warm air trying to pull off my torch. I looked back and saw the mansion, I leaved my comrades there. I heavily sighed and continue walking in the amidst of forest.

I can hear different sounds of birds and even how the tree followed the dancing air. I can heard the flow of the river and my footsteps on dry leaves that made the scene even scarier. 

I tried to glanced at the moon and there it is. It was full moon and I can rarely see an animals there.

I fasten my walk when I already saw a bonfire! But, this is not what I'm finding for! Yet, I still continued to get closer—

"Ah!" I instantly shouted when I saw an old woman wearing a weird grey dress! But she immediately covered my mouth and tried to calm me.

"Calm.." her old voice gives me some anonymous chills! I can't help but to pray and wait for her to get out of my sight! Nah! She's so creepy! How can she even get there when she's too old? 

She slowly put down her hand while my eyes are still on it's circle! She has a very black long hair! While her grey dress was just on her knee! 

I shouted again as soon as her hand get out of my mouth! Damn. Does she think that I can still calm myself after seeing her face?! 

"Hey! Stop it!" She warned! My nap rises as I heard her very old voice! How old is she?

I tried to calm myself and maintain the normal breath. Nah, if you're asking about that. You should just tell me to die!

"Relax..." as she slowly put down her hands... I slowly walked back side and dared to run! 

But as soon as I face at the back! She suddenly appeared out of nowhere while looking at my eyes dangerously! I swallowed the lump on my throat and forced my brain to think of something! Damn! Think. Think. Think!

Out of sudden. She closely looked at my face and tried to read my mind! 

"I... am on your dream." My eyes suddenly widen as I heard of what she just mouthed! I look carefully at the environment twice!

"Am I... having a nightmare?" I asked. "Who are you?"

"I am lady Gracia Drion. Mother of Gonzales Nike Drion. And you just crossed on our territory." I stopped walking for a while when I heard her statement. I looked carefully at her back and tried to remember where does that surname I last heard again!

Drion...?

"The mansion." She point out the mansion, I followed her hand but I was left shock less when she slapped me! My eyes widen as I touched my face! It made my face to turn red! What was that for?

"And you really dared to walk in my house without paying any respect on us? The owner! How dare you teenagers!?" She sermon while looking at my eyes with very serious expression! I felt the fear inside of me and I don't think I can still afford to move!

But... Lea told me that the mansion was free and it's the mayor of Basahk who secure it... Lea told us that it was safe!

"O-one of my friend told us—"

"Do you know her?" She asked still looking at me.

"I–I don't know... yet, she's our new f-friend.." I paused for a bit. 

She didn't answered me but instead look at the sky and stared at the full moon. I copied what she did.

"But it was too late." My eyes turned to her as soon as I heard her sad voice.

"W-what do you mean?" 

"Do you know about the story of the quint and old piano that my son, Mr. Gonzales Nike Drion owned?" She asked again.

"I bet that was long ago... but, the story sounds familiar on me." 

"Do you know what's inside the Jar you just broke?" She asked again. Now, the conversation was turning to this interesting but I can still feel the fear inside of me!

"What is it..." I carefully asked.

But before she answered my question. My eyes followed her hand as she point out something on the corner of the forest! My eyes widened and seems like my saliva was out as soon as I saw her!

"A corpse."

"Hey! What is happening!" I heard my friends voice while their hands are on my head!

I opened my eyes and roamed around as soon as I saw them! 

I immediately hugged everyone tightly as if I was just about to die!

"Thankful. That was a dream..." I calm myself and tried to breath normal. Everyone of them looked at me with worried painted on their eyes!

"Hey, what's happening with you? You looked pale. You made us worry!" Neri  slowly punched me on my shoulder. 

"Sava. Are you really okay? You we're murmuring something recently." Drew checked my forehead if I have some illness.

"No need to worry. I'm fine. But, why are you all awake? Why are you all looked nervous? Where's the light?" I directly asked while looking each one of them! It's so dark! Only the light of the moon and their flashlight stands as our light!

"Sava, you need to know something—Lea almost killed you!" My eyes widened and immediately stand from lying on the floor while looking for her and Driana! I gave Lara an are-you-sure-look. Everyone of them claim it!

"But, Sava. Everyone! Believe me! I saw Driana. She was standing at the front door while watching Lea trying to killed Sava! Driana doesn't have a shadow! She's not human!" Nadj exclaim! I turned my faced on her, and tried to read her mind if she's telling the truth?!

"Are you sure of that? Woman. You're gifting us some weird jokes!" Kair laughed at her.

"Hey. This is not the right time to laughed! We are in danger! We both don't know where is Lea and Driana's hiding! They might be watching us somewhere, where we can't see them!" Neri warned Kair. But he just shrugged on it.

"Yes. Because Driana is not a human! I always noticed her when she suddenly vanished and appeared somehow—"

"Stop that crap! Damn you!" Kair shouted at Nadj who is just trying to discuss her theory.

"Come on, guys. I'm scared... We need to go home. Please." Miko pleased everyone but both of them looked at me!

"No. We need to retrieve the corpse." I marked! Everyone of them look at me. I gave them my very serious face enough to tell them that I'm serious.

"What? Are you fucking kidding me, Sava?! What corpse? Corpse your ass! We need to go home!" Deku stand and get all of his things. But got stopped for a bit when he realized that he was the only one who's standing!

But wait... this is strange!

"Uhm... guys, do you heard it?" Deku asked, My brows furrowed and tried to listen what he just talking about.

"No, we don't here anything." Megs answer him. 

"Do you know about the story of the quint and old piano that my son, Mr. Gonzales Nike Drion owned?" I heard the old woman's voice again. Wait—!

"Deku! Did you heard a piano? A piano?!" I asked him and run towards him to make him notice me!

"I heard a beautiful rhythm of piano..." he suddenly closed his eyes as if he was really watching someone's playing that piano!

"Wait! Wait! Deku! Open your eyes! Cover your ears! Don't listen to it!" I tried to punched him over and over! But his eyes we're already closed and he didn't even fight me back!

"Sava! You are insane! What are you doing! Sava!" I felt Lara's slapped on my face and everyone of them put their attention on Deku!

"Sava, what are you doing!"

"Are you trying to kill him!?"

"Sava! Fuck you!" 

"No! He's not supposed to be listening on that fooling piano! That's dangerous!" I tried to get Deku and prevent him from listening into it!

"Guys! Listen to me! Listen to me!" I shouted loud as I could! Everyone of them put their attention on me with a sarcastic look! "An old woman told me everything! You must not listen to that piano! Someone's playing it!"

"And then, what? And then what, Sava?" Lara asked with sarcastic voice. 

"Where did you meet her?" Kair asked me too while seriously gazing at my eyes.

I swallowed the lump on my throat as I saw their reaction on me. "We met, on my... d-dream."

"What!? Are you serious, Sava?! You just punched Deku that almost lead to his death because of that damn fucking dream!" Kair started touching my shirt's collar and closed his face on me!

"Kair! She's a girl! Stop it!" Megs and Miko stopped Kair from touching my collar that trying to cornered me!

"But. I'm telling the truth! Deku... might be d-dead." 

"Shut up! Sava!" Megs shouted right in front of me and everyone turned their back on me! I tried to touched Lara's wrist but she just slapped my hand and look at me angrily...

Hey.. I'm telling the truth.

"I-I believe in you..." I turned my face when I heard Nadj's voice from the back. She was silently sitting on the bed.

"Thank you." I mouthed.

"But believe me. Believe me Sava! I saw Driana and she doesn't have a shadow! T-the time, Lea tried to kill you... I was awake! Lea was being controlled! Lea was sleeping and completely doesn't have idea of what she's doing! And there I saw Driana watching Lea how she almost stabbed you a knife!" Nadj discussed. My face remains as it always reaction.

"I know. I know everything—"

"You're wrong." I suddenly stand in froze as soon as I heard someone's voice on my back. "You still don't know everything." 

"D-driana... s-she's at your b-back." Nadj pointed out and I also saw how her reaction turned into freeze!

"Right, Nadjiana. I'm dead."
