2. My Icon

“Am Abigail Timothy, what about you?”

Abigail asked with a wide smile on her face and Zeres hades just stared at the girl who had red her. Zeres on his own part couldn't help but feel so fascinated about her. Something deep down was attracting him towards her as though she was a magnet and he was the metal object. She looked quite beautiful in those huge jackets she put on with the flying rough sack which had some of her materials.

Zeres didn't even bother answering her question about telling her his name, it would be good if she doesn't even know that his name was Zeres Hades was his name. His eyes kept scrutinizing the girl and of course, Abi noticed the weird stare. But she said nothing to dissuade him from doing that, she herself was starting to like the spirit he carried about him. Although, his aura felt somewhat terrible but she didn't falter nor feel scared. Zeres was stunned, he believed that this was the highest he could scare a human girl away without showing the full demon in him.

Abi tried to look into the room where he just stepped out from but unlucky her, it was slammed lock with no way to open it. She could even hear someone thrashing the properties in there and of course Zeres eyes brimmed incandescent hearing the damage that Lynn was causing to the poor room besides, additional charges would be removed from his bank for the damages so he was upset.

Abi just stared at him like a doofus until she watched him quietly untucked his hands from his pocket.

“I would advice you, do not go in there? She's dangerous when she thrashes about. Don't take my words for granted Abigail Timothy.”

Zeres said and walked out as Abi’s eyes continued to drink in his retreating silhouette. She had something to ask from him and for some reason unknown to her, she couldn't even remember what it was so after he had disappeared, her face turned to the usual color it has been since she had been living her miserable life. She never thought that the color of her face alone would change but just the act of coming in contact with a man as devilish and hellish as this, someone who's insane beauty knew no bounds. What would she do? She makes him happy and for some reason, she realized that he must be a really important person. But exactly, in what way?

Abigail Timothy lived in the outskirts of Louis Town where her mom had always lived alone with her. She had siblings but somehow, she ended up being the only one that was with her mother and that was because they died of different drastic incidents. What would she do about it when those two would always tend to give she and her mother hell and for what seemed like eternity, they haven't even stopped on their relentless assault and it made her mad. Her siblings were Cassia and Henry. Cassia returned home one hot afternoon crying that Lee Josh had broken up with her. They all knew him and who he was but Abigail herself didn't believe that Lee Josh was someone who could result to such tactics. They consoled Cassia but seems like Cassia herself couldn't take the shame and the pain she would feel when she sees Joshua with someone else so she killed herself. After Cassia had died, Lee Josh had constantly molested Abi to no end and Abi had been his victim of circumstances just that Abigail had a will spirit that never allowed her to break or feel defeated. Because, that was what Joshua want, for her to commit suicide too but his luck was a bit low for that.

As for Henry, he loved someone but this girl in particular had always acted like she was on top of the world. As though the world revolves around she and her father. Veronica was her name and her father was the Senate of their community and all of a sudden realizing that Henry loved he, he couldn't wait for the young man to explain himself and left him off with a warning. Abi and her mom Claire had done all they could to stop Henry but as it is said, love can make one do crazy things, or it can also make a man a boy again. There goes the saying. Henry was shot spot on by that horrible Senate and he died.

Now Abigail had great resentment towards those two and had always sworn to avenge them. Sometimes, her mom was tortured to the extent of not being allowed to buy stuff From the local market so, Abi got into Animation making and that was what she had been doing buying things outside and bringing it back to Louis Town for Claire. Now all she needed was an Icon.

But suddenly, Abi's face lifted with shock as she instantly remembered that she was supposed to ask that handsome young man to be her icon. Yes her icon. She had wanted to ask him but heck, his beauty had distracted her.

“Good lord, am doomed. How can I find him now. I really need him as my Icon.”

Immediately, she dashed out.
