Chapter 30

After a warm bath to soak my sore back, I wrapped a towel around myself, drying off and pulling on one of Salem's shirts that was long enough to cover my butt before making my way to the small living room where Damien sat by the fireplace on the large soft fur rug.

Sitting down next to him, I held my hands towards the fire to warm them.

"I had a lot of fun today, thank you for teaching me and helping so I could see the whole area." I murmur softly and I look over at him to see his lips pulled into a thin line before he slowly nods his head.

"I'll admit... it was fun. Seeing you fail and needing help was quite amusing." he said, smirking at the end and making me roll my eyes.

"Although... I do still think you owe me a proper thank you and a good one at that. I did save your life, after all." he states his smirk widening but I only smirk seductively in return.

"Your right... and I think I know exactly, how to thank you..." I murmured biting my lip, teasingly.
