Chapter 37

Rainbow lights were illuminating the rocks showing me the most beautiful view I had ever seen.

"How..." I murmur taking it all in.

"Look down." Salem states, pulling me closer to him and I look down to see crystals of all shapes and colors sitting in a mass below.

"The sun shines in through there, hitting them and this is what it does." he explains as I look in awe.

This truly was heaven in all its beauty.

"Why the tears?" he asks suddenly, and I frown as he reaches out and wipes at the tears I hadn't even noticed falling.

"I don't know... I guess I'm just so happy... this day... this place. It's more than I ever could have imagined. It's beautiful and mystical, breath taking and enchanting. I love it. I wish I could stay here and never leave." I say and Levi chuckles.

"We've considered the same." he comments.

"Shall we sit?" Salem suggests and I nod in agreement.

We climb onto a rock with a large flat surface before sitting down.

"If this were my last day of life, I wouldn't complain
