"Tell me, how has your stay been so far?" he asks as we both sat across from each other.

A glass of red wine had been served and a spectacular dinner along with it.

"Good, thank you." I reply giving my sweetest smile.

"Anytime... I know how important you are to your brother, Ezra. So much so, if Aphrodite hadn't gotten to you first, I would have gifted you myself and gave you a home here with him, but atlas, you have turned out much more gifted and special in the end for my tardiness." he states a chuckle leaving his lips.

"I must say though, I do apologize for my brother's behavior. Both of them. I understand their fondness for you... and of course Hades reasons are a bit more personal, but it doesn't excuse their behavior. You would think after all these years... these centuries... they wouldn't act so childish." he continues, and I can't help but let out a laugh.
