33] A Warning For You.
"Hey, bud, you summoned me?" Ozgar walked into Sedar's room with a spring in his step.
He'd been reflecting on the kiss he'd shared with Mercedes earlier this morning. The way he feels about her has surprised him; he suddenly feels stuck; should he fight his desire for her or succumb to her alluring innocence?
"Would you mind telling me what the fuck this is all about?" He tosses his iPad at him, which is filled with images of him and Cedes engrossed in their kiss.
Exhaling, he scratches the back of his neck.
"I had no idea we were being watched." He scolds himself internally for not taking extra precautions.
"Are we just going to ignore the fact that you've got your tongue down my wife's throat?" Sedar asks, surprised. He lets out a growl.
Ozgar raises his head, a frown marring his otherwise flawless complexion. "You're ex-wife?" He corrected him.

Sedar and Ozgar sat inside the Uber and observed Mercedes as she sat in her car, which was parked in her driveway as the Uber came to a halt. They both wondered what was going through her mind as she started banging her hands against her steering wheel before gaining back her composure and exiting her car. Ozgar felt bad for her; the look of shock on her face hit him like a tonne of bricks. He disliked being touched in such a manner unless it was in connection with sexual behaviour. "At ease Soldier," Sedar told Ozgar as he took another swig of his beer. He had no desire to go toe-to-toe with his best friend, whom he also considers to be his brother. Internally, he knows he can't be completely upset with him for falling in love with his wife. He was certain he had not done it on purpose, and he was not about to tell him, giving him an excuse to pursue her further. He did, however, have a sudden urge to send Ozgar back early so that he could stay and try to get to know Mercedes again, with the hope that it would jog his memory. Her voice was like a wonderful symphony in his ears that never stopped playing, making the one word vibrate in the back of his throat, and he didn't want it to stop. With her acceptance still lingering in the air between them, he pressed his lips against hers, claiming her soft moans as his own, never wanting to let her go. But he knew it wouldn't last, and he was ready and willing to live in the moment with her. Warmth bloomed in his chest, sparks igniting as she leant in closer, their lips tentatively brushing together for the second time. The aroma of her perfume, as well as her conditioner's sweet, fruity scent, made him dizzy, and butterflies danced in his gut. Mercedes unexpectedly found herself standing in a chapel, dressed in an Emerald green gown and holding a face mask in her hand. A wooden bench caught her attention as she moved her gaze around the building. She took a step forward to take a seat on the bench. Her head felt dizzy, and everything around her seemed to be spinning, making it difficult for her to remain still.However, she quickly realised that she couldn't move, that her feet felt like bricks, and when she opened her mouth to call out, she was met with silence instead of sound.When she witnessed three people appear in front of her, she knew she was having an out of body experience. Mercedes raised her eyes to the massive structure and lowered them to her phone to double-check the hotel's address. Ozgar had invited her over for breakfast last night, following a large pizza shared under the stars. She entered the building, taking in the lavish decor in the front foyer, and couldn't bear the thought of how much a night's stay would cost. She pulled out her phone as she approached the elevators, pressed the button, and sent a quick message to Ozgar informing him of her presence. When he kissed her, whispering explicit things in her ear and offered to take her to breakfast. She had to politely inform him that she would not be waking up in his arms the following morning. She also conveyed to him her confusion following their kiss and she didnt want to cause any conflict between him and Sedar. He discreetly expressed his disappointment, telling her he fully understood and that they could proceed at the pace she most felt confident with.
