Torin almost lost control of his emotions several times as they tracked the horses that had carried his Fated away. They must have been trying to throw off their scent by using horses but thankfully Albwin could track anything. It was just slower than sniffing the air and saying— this way! It didn’t help that the damn vampires kept changing direction causing them to weave back and forth through the forest.
