A sudden pang of anxiety strikes me, cold sweat is running down my spine. Liam is taking his sweet time to open his mouth and utter the damn words.
My heartbeats are on overdrive in anticipation, I need to hear the fucking piece of intel he has, I need to know how news of that dire incident got all the way to the members of the Council. I know that they have eyes and ears everywhere, but I want my pack to be free of traitors.
