James woke up to find Elizabeth in his bed. He was half sure he was still asleep, dreaming. But once he was sure he was awake - she wouldn't have had clothes on if it had been his dream - James almost couldn't contain his elation. She'd been running for hours, resting when she needed. Her old territory wasn't too far from the council, just a full day's travelling with wolf speed. Elizabeth woke up in her own bed in her cottage. And for a moment, her mind was empty, blank entirely. He could feel her position even if he closed his eyes, even if he lost all sense, he would know where she was.There was nothing in the world that could separate them now.He still wanted to try and return her memories.
