“What? Ryan told you to be ready to get eaten?” Bianca exclaimed and Lora covered her mouth with her palm, looking around to make sure no one had heard her.

“Sshh, you don’t have to announce it to the whole world,” Lora replied, her cheeks flushing pink.

It was lunchtime and Lora met her best friend, Bianca Jones, for lunch and told her about Ryan’s words.

Bianca whistled and replied, “You’re so lucky, my friend.”

“Why? Because I’m going on a date?” Lora asked, her eyebrows creasing.

“No, silly,” Bianca rolled her eyes. “Do you know what he means by, be ready to get eaten?"

When Lora shook her head, Bianca added, "It means he’s going to eat you down there.”

Lora gasped, her eyes widening. An image flashed through her mind and her face flushed again. Looking at her friend, she asked, “What? Why would he do that?”
