Chapter 3

' strike a deal with me '

" You look ---" Emilia gushed as she stared at me

" Hideous " i completed, and Daisy nodded in support.

" Just the right word I was looking for," Emily specified, earning a glare from me.

"Look, Micah , you're beautiful, fun, and cool, you're kind and sexy," Emily started, and i glanced at her warily when she said the word " sexy."

" I know, I know, we agreed on the "no using the word sexy" term but to be sincere, those are the truth nothing but the truth, that prick Nate just didn't realize you're worth a gem and just let you flew pass him, since he decided to settle for a low life bitch, so be it but Micah you're a genius and perfect, believe me" Emily stated as she tried to brace up her friend.

" Wow, I'm almost moved to tears. Thanks, Em. You're the best." I, muttered in between sincere smile to Emilia.

" Yeah Micah, you're strong, smart i mean you're a geek and let's not forget,courageous and you shouldn't waste your tears and time crying over someone worthless who never really had a purpose in life, get over that jerk baby girl" Daisy added.

"Thank you so much guys " i agreed trying to steer clear from wallowing in self pity.

" Okay enough if the pity party guys and guess what?" Emily squealed, grinning from ear to ear.

"No, no, no, don't tell me there's another party cus I'm definitely not attending this." I decline even without waiting to hear what Emily had to say.

Of course, she didn't need to say anything, Eloise where she was headed to.

" C'mon Micah, don't be a kill joy, I promise you it's gonna be fun, and of course hot guys would be present. Remember, you're back to the single click." Emily whispered and winked at her.

" Emilia," Daisy called out.

" Sorry, sorry, sorry," Emily apologized.

" Trust me, it's gonna be fun and you just get to drink, drink away your sadness and completely forget about that primp, you might just have an hot dude to spend the night with" Daisy said with a smudge smile.

" You know, I'm not doing that--" i disagreed trying to start up an argument but was cut short by Emily.

" I know, I know, saving chastity for your future husband, who the hell still does that, the world is now advance," Em spoke up as like she hated the idea of saving chastity.

" So are you in, remember, drink to forget things that are meant to be forgotten?" Em asked, pouting.

" Okay, okay, I'm in," i agreed, earning a squeal and an unexpected hug from Emily and daisy at once.

   " I'm not wearing this, I'm seriously not." I declined, throwing the black strapless gown back to Daisy.

" Swears, it's nothing, it's okay, please just wear this hmm..." Daisy pleaded

" Okay," i finally agreed in order to get this thing over with quickly

   " Are you sure this is okay? " I stood at the entrance as she stared at the big mansion in front of her.  

" Sure, I'm gonna make the best out of this night," Daisy giggled, oblivious to the fact that her friend was uncomfortable.

" Just like the name, SIN, let's make good sin," Emily giggled, pulling me in.

" There's nothing like a good sin. A sin is a sin," I muttered to myself 

    After the early pass because obviously Emily knew the bodyguards, we were allowed to enter.

   I stood Gobsmacked as she stared at the huge interior, the disco light and transparent rooms filled with many things. Different people could be seen making the best moments of her night.

  I watched as the others danced, drinked without having much to worry about.

  At the moment, i decided to let my worries go .

  It is said that to forget a former love, find a new one.

  Nathaniel Lorentz had cheated on me because i insisted on keeping my chastity till our wedding night, but right now, am not having that again.

 I decided to also make the best out of this night, and immediately i grabbed a cup of liquor, without no hesitation, gulping down the glass filled with hot alcohol.

" Wow," i gasped as i felt the drink burnt down my throat .

" That's it, girl," Emily and Daisy hyped as they picked her own glass, too.

  I picked up the second glass, chugged it down, and another. I am a light drinker and obviously already drunk after chugging three glasses of Mac dowells.

   I sat still as my eyes rummaged the club room drunkily and right there, my eyes got struck a gentle dude who sat alone with a cup of drink held between his palm.

 " Woah, He's so hot, " i muttered as my feet rushed to move towards him.

  But just as i stood up, i felt the whole hall turning right in front of me, and i couldn't even stand up straight.

    " Hey," i called out as soon as i stood in front of the man.

   He sat at the corner of the hall room alone, elegance dripping down from him.

   

   He raised his eyes away from his drink as he gazed intensely at me, his eyes taking every bit of my information.

  " You wanna strike a deal with me ? I questioned, raising my cute blue eyes to look at him.

 He didn't give any response but instead, he continued staring at me as he picked his glass contained with wine and placed them on his lips sexily.

   I thought i was watching an artwork live.

   His brown eyes kept taking in each and every inch of my look, but mainly my blue eyes and my brown silky hair that lay sexily on my shoulders.

  " Be my one night stand," i blurted out.

  

 Ervin almost choked on his drink as he spit out surprisingly before asking  

You look so skinny, Are you sure you would be able to keep up ? " a cold but cool voice asked the little girl that stood drunkily and at the same time courageously.

" You look so fit. Are you sure it's not just for decorations ?" I retorted.
