CHAPTER 12

Zoe had thought that with what she had let out would make him back off. She had thought he was going to feel hurt and leave but she still turned to notice him following her. She turned around to say something but ended up facing him very close.

”Considering the way we met, I don't think it would be possible for us to be friends.” she said while putting her hand on her hips. ”What, why is that? Oh you mean because we kissed?” He asked with an expression that was hard to detect.

She stared at him as she noticed how beautiful his blue eyes were. ”Come on Zoe, that's more reason we should be friends, all pressure is supposed to be totally off since we made out.” Alex said with seriousness.

It felt really weird inside Zoe's tummy seeing the way he stared at her and was clearly forcing himself to be friend of hers. Zoe hissed making sure nobody who bullied or picked on her was around them.
