Savage Brute

Slowly and cautiously, I turned around and met with a pair of silver eyes. My mouth went dry and blood ran cold in my veins. Those eyes were not humans’. They were of a wolf. The wolf was massive and his furs were concealed by the haze of night. All I could see was his orbs which glittered like fireballs in the midnight sky. Molten lava in hue. The color of danger. But unlike the fireballs, they possessed no warmth, only a cold bloodlust.

I backed a step away and the wolf mimicked my action and took a step forward. He was going to hunt me down. My terror swelled. I spun around and started running in the opposite direction.
