Rui woke up with a loud knock on their door. It was already 9 in the morning and because she woke up late, her son would be the one responsible for waking her up.
Before getting up, she pinched Chase's tall nose so he would wake up too. He was the one responsible for their tardiness because he kept on insisting on their 'nighttime workout' that became an early morning activity.
“Wake up, Chase Eno!”
“Sleep more, hon… Why are you up so early?” he groaned as he covered his face with the comforter.
Irritated, Rui pulled the comforter from him, exposing his naked body to the cold air of the room. “Didn't you promise to make a smaller scale puzzle for your son?!”
