The doctor was tending my wounds. I looked at Akansha who looked a bit dreamy. As if she was in some deep thought that she did not dare to share with anyone. It did not seem right because for all I knew, if she was hiding something there was a big reason. I silently hoped that she had not come to know of my true identity.
