Chapter:3

Alex POV*not edited*

I wake up to the warm rays of the sun and chirping of the birds.

Not.

I woke up to some dumb bitch banging on my front door and the dumb bitch also keeps ringing the bitch ass doorbell.

I'm sorry. I'm just not a morning person.

I swing my legs off the bed and rip my bedroom door open. I stomp into the living room with such fury that I almost knocked a vase over.

Opening the door with an inhuman strength that would've scared me if I wasn't so livid.

"Woah. Who pissed in your cereal." I hear a thick voice trail off. "Who are you." I ask trying to keep my cool.

"Uh...I'm here for the roommate gig. It's already ten a.m." My eyes snap open and up to where the voice came from.

It's him. It's really him. Somebody pinch me.

"Did you just wake up? I thought we had an appointment." He says with a teasing grin on his face.

"Uh...umm..Oh..h-hi." I stutter embarrassingly. I succeed in stopping my self from face-palming myself.

"So are you going to let me in or what?" He says rather awkwardly.

I step aside for him to enter. Noticing that he brought his bags, I ask, "D-do you n-need help with t-that?" Nice going, Stutter Sally.

"If you want to. I brought it just in case you approve of me. Didn't want to make two trips for nothing."

"Good thinking." I say.

"So. My name is Mason King. I am in college. I am twenty. I don't necessarily like pets nor do I have any. I can cook meaning I can make a decent oatmeal and ramen noodles." He says really fast."Oh and I like to eat."

"Ok wow. Quite the resume." I say with a small chuckle. I'm guess I'm not so awkward any more.

"Your laugh is really cute." He smiles.

And I'm awkward again.

I look down blushing. I tuck a piece of hair behind my ear. "Thank you."

"So,we are practically the same except the cooking part. I actually taught myself to cook." I say proudly. "I also like to eat. Maybe even more then you."

"Do you now?" He asks with a raised brow.

"Well we'll have time to prove that fact. Welcome to your new home roomie." I say smiling.

"Cool but how do you know that I am trustworthy?" He asks.

"Can I trust you not to do anything stupid?" I ask him.

"Yes."

"There we have it. There is an extra, unused kingsize in the spare room. Your room now. "I say pointing to the room next to mine.

"Bathroom is right across from my room and closet is at the end of the hall. You already saw the kitchen and living room." I finish and almost close my door.

"Wait. I forgot to tell you." He stops.

"Tell me what?"

"That your hair is really messy and your pants are on backwards." He laughs causing me to blush.

Barely even two minutes and he's already working on my last nerve.

"Whatever." I roll my eyes and shut the door.

What if this wasn't a good idea?

"Welcome roomie." I say sighing.
