Her jade green eyes kept roaming around. Scarlett gave Fiona a quizzical look

"So are you in ?"Fiona asked again noticing how hesitant Scarlett is

"A..am sorry but I can't "Scarlett replied

"What!? Are you serious right now!? Why??" Fiona rushed her words staring at Scarlett with disbelief

"I just can't. Am still on the run. If Lewis finds me am a goner. And to top it all,I can't be seen with you" Scarlett replied shakily

"Why!?,you haven't done anything_"

"That's where you're wrong Fiona. Melanie is at the verge of death thanks to me. I pushed her off the stairs and now,she's still in the hospital. Eros and Lewis are still gunning for me. So please,I need to leave Germany" she said with pleading eye

Fiona took her lips in_She thought Scarlett would jump at the offer quickly

"Okay you can leave "Fiona mumbled 

"T... thank you. The exit please?"

"Up the stairs,the first room" she replied. Scarlett quickly took on her heels. 

She dashed up the stairs and a light gasp escaped her lips immediately her eyes landed on a door. 

"The hell !?!!"Scarlett hollard. She held the door knob but instead of seeing an exit ,she met herself on a cliff

"Am sorry Scarlett. But, Lewis still thinks am dead. I need to be on a safe side" Fiona said from behind pointing a gun at Scarlett

"P.. please Fiona.... arrggg !!"without much hesitancy Fiona pulled the trigger

It sent a bullet flying into Scarlett head. Fiona kept shooting numerous times at Scarlett body making sure to leave a lotta holes

She took slow strides to Scarlett dead body and begun shoving it closer to the cliff

At The Hospital**

Lewis stepped into Melanie's ward only to meet her unconscious

The oxygen mask was fixed firmly to her flawless face. A nurse already changed her into a light blue dress and just seeing her in this state made Lewis feel something

He met only Eros there,seated on a small stool asleep next to her bed

Tikka and Michelle already left the hospital to get rest and bring back breakfast for them

"You can leave Eros "Lewis stated walking further into the room 

He settled at the edge of her bed and slowly his hands lifted to her hair. Slowly brushing it

"Y...yes my lord" Eros replied lowly and exited

Lewis left out a heavy sigh as his fingers continued brushing her jet black hair

A part of him kept eating him up badly_shriking and yelling that he's the cause of all this.

He nearly lost his babies

But thankfully,their still safe

Another part kept scoffing_His main purpose of buying her was to torture and make her life a living hell

After all. Her parents were the cause of his mom's and twin sisters death

He found himself smiling and chatting with her

3 Weeks Later,Early In The Morning**

Slowly her eyelids begun parting apart. Her head felt light but she managed to open her eyes. 

Her drowsy eyes went from one end of the room to another until it fell on Lewis

He laid asleep seated on a stool with his head rested on the bed and their hands interlocked

"L...l.. Lewis" she said inaudibly. 

She felt weak. Too weak to even speak

"L.. Lewis" she said again. Just calling his name seemed so hard and tasking

Her chest raised and fell softly as she tried to speak more louder

"L... Lewis "she called again and immediately he sat up

"Melanie, you're awake" he mumbled moving closer to her

"You're awake !"he said again but this time more louder

His arms snaked itself to her waist and soon they were locked in an warm embrace

"Mi corazón "he mumbled still hugging her tightly

"Melanie?" Miguel said from behind walking in

He watched with a smile as Lewis and Melanie kept hugging

Frankly, Lewis never wanted to let go. Since she lost consciousness he's been by her side. Night and day

Not for once did he leave her side

"L... Lewis "Lanie called with a smile. She brought her fingers to his face and wiped the tears that accumulated in his eyes

"Don't ever go unconscious again. I nearly died" he said truthfully rubbing her cheeks

"I promise. "She smiled widely and soon he joined in the smile

Their faces were getting closer every passing seconds and soon

They were ensuned in a hot kiss. Miguel watched in astonished as Lewis kept locking lips with her passionately

He never wanted to interrupt the sweet moment but Michelle had other plans

"Seriously she's awake!? Laine!" Michelle screamed extremely loud at the entrance

Despite her screams they never broke the kiss. Instead continued feasting on reach others mouth
