~ Peter ~

"Hello old friend", I turned around to see Karl.

"Wow, I am glad to see you", I murmured with a smirk on my face as I reached out for a handshake.

"hah! Oh are you?" He spat.

"I waited for a long time! Now you are finally married. It will be fun", Karl smirked devilishly.

"Are you warning me?" I asked, raising my brow.

"Just informing, History is going to repeat itself".

I laughed loudly.

"You cannot even dare to talk to my wife Karl",

He smirked in response.

"Oh seriously? Since her ex-lover can talk to her. It won't be difficult for me too"

My expressions hardened.

"What do you mean?"

Karl laughed loudly this time.

"Our families are business partners! And Dylan is Josiah's friend", His eyes were fixed outside as I followed his gaze.

My blood boiled witnessing what was in front of me.

Ivy was cuddly with Josiah looking all lovey dovey.

I tightened my palms.

"Woah! Someone looks angry! Seems like I get to meet her soon", Karl raised his glass winking at me and left.

"Peter don't create a scene", Emin placed his hand on my shoulder.

"I am leaving with ivy, handle the party", I jerked his hand away walking outside.

"Oh dear lord! He has already damaged her a lot", Raymond mumbled under his breath as Ryan sighed while Emin looked away not wanting to imagine what was about to happen.

~ IVY ~

Someone pulled my body by lifting me up by my arm.

I looked up only to find a furious Peter.

"I told you to behave Ivy", his voice was harsh and stiff.

I swallowed as his hands tightened on my wrist.

“Peter….”

"Peter let her go! I was only talking...", Josiah tried to calm him down.

"Stay away from her Andrew! She is mine!", he warned as he dragged me away.

Josiah wanted to protest but he became quiet because he knew he would become more violent.

At that moment I wished he would stand up for me and defend me, maybe even pull me away from this nightmare.

"Ah! Peter let me go! It hurts" I winced, his grip was so tight that it burned painfully.

He suddenly shoved me into his car and started driving.

I was so afraid of what he would do as I sat, weeping quietly.

He was driving so fast.

I silently prayed we wouldn't end up in an accident.

He lifted me up on his shoulder carrying me inside the moment we got home.

Then he tossed me on the floor.

"Ouch! Peter.... what are you doing?"

He was standing up straight looking down at my small figure.

"You didn't listen...", he loosened his tie and removed it.

I blinked confused, why was he angry?

"B...but wh...what did I do?",

He knelt down, tying my hands with his tie.

I watched him silently without a protest, still confused.

He lifted my chin up as I saw his beautiful but scary eyes.

"Run..."

His voice echoed in the hallway.

"Wh-what?"

"Run! Make sure I don't find you", his jaw clenched as he took a whiskey glass from the table.

"P..please untie me", I wiggled as I got up.

He closed his eyes, throwing his head back while taking a deep breath.

He squeezed the glass tightly then snap!

The whiskey glass shattered due to his strong grip.

I instantly flinched.

He opened his bloodshot eyes, filled with anger.

"RUN... NOW!”
