Chapter 17: Madam Alora's arrest

As they got to the station, Lara became the center of attraction, and all those silly journalists who knew Mike started taking photos of him, ignoring the case that actually brought them to the station.

Mike sighed, kept his cool, and went in.

Annoyed with the turn of events, Mike accused Madam Alora of luring innocent girls into prostitution and using them for her advantage. Madam Alora quickly denied the accusations.

Madam Alora said, "Officer, all that is lies. Lara is my sister from another mother, and she agreed to go out with her friend to Mr. Mike's place before he refused to let go of her."

The officer asked, "But the young lady claimed she didn't know you before, nor did she know her friend was bringing her to the city for prostitution. Why did you insist she was kidnapped when she wasn't?"
