Ethan smiled when he saw smoke rising from a distance.
'There! We're almost at the camp!' he told Ryan. 'Good. The closer we get to the camp the farther I get away from a nuisance like you!' Ryan remarked coldly.

They both got down to the forest path and suddenly Ryan stopped, pulling Ethan back. 'What?! I thought you just said something about getting away from--' Ryan covered his mouth.
