Chapter 27

Lindsey walked into the company looking around, it was her first time going to the Winslow conglomerate and it looked bigger than what they showed in pictures and videos online. She walked behind Joyce who was leading her to Georgina's office and every staff they came across bowed their head in respect to her.

Lindsey saw a lady walking towards them, she looked familiar and she was sure she must have seen him somewhere I couple of times but she wasn't sure where exactly she had met her.

"I guess you couldn't wait for tomorrow, you had to come to the company today," Cynthia said with an insincere smile plastered on her face. Lindsey stared at her trying so hard to remember her. From the way she was talking it looked as if she knew her quite well. Fortunately for her, Joyce was able to get a glimpse of what was happening and quickly whispered to her who Cynthia was.

"Don't tell me you don't remember me?" Cynthia asked noticing what had just happened. "We met two times already, during
